By initiating service with Scoopy Doo Scoopers, both parties agree to the following terms and responsibilities:

1. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining Safe Access: Ensuring clear and safe access to your yard on scheduled service days. If our team is unable to access your property due to blocked gates or other obstacles, you will still be charged for that cleanup visit.
  • Notification of Changes: Promptly notifying us of any changes in the number of pets or other significant alterations to the scope of the service.
  • Payment: Ensuring prompt payment of balances due, as per the agreed-upon service schedule.

2. Inclement Weather

Inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures) may make it hazardous or impossible to perform a scheduled cleanup. In this case, we will reschedule and complete your service as soon as conditions allow, with no additional charge.

3. Temporary Service Suspension

If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (e.g., vacation, illness, etc.), and you do not wish to be charged for unnecessary visits, please notify us in advance to pause your service. You will not be charged during the paused period.

4. Liability Disclaimer

We assume no liability for any damage to your yard, gates, pets, or other property during the performance of our services. We take utmost care, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

5. Fees and Promotions

Fees and promotions are subject to change at any time. In the rare event of a price increase or promotion adjustment, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of the change.

Either party may terminate service at any time with written notice. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days of service termination or final invoice.
