What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please let us know 2 days in advance by contact us via phone, text, or email. We will try our best to accommodate rescheduling your service for your preferred date.
How often should I have my yard cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your yard at least once a week to keep it free of waste and avoid odors. If you have multiple dogs or larger spaces, more frequent cleanups may be necessary.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don’t need to be home. You can provide us with access to your yard (e.g., a gate code or key), and we’ll take care of the rest. Some clients prefer to be home, but we’re happy to work around your schedule.
What happens to the waste after it’s picked up?
We take pride in being full service dog waste removal for our customers means we bring the waste with us. All waste is disposed of properly in accordance with local laws and environmental guidelines. We typically double bag the waste and dispose of it in a designated trash bin.
What if my dog is aggressive?
If your dog is aggressive, please let us know beforehand so we can make sure we can safely access your yard. We request that your dog is secured inside or in a separate area during the service.
What happens if it rains or weather is bad?
We operate in most weather conditions, but if it’s unsafe to work, we will reschedule your appointment to the following day. We’ll always let you know in advance if we need to adjust the schedule.

Yes! All the tools and cleaning products we use are pet-safe. We take great care to ensure your pet’s environment remains safe and clean.
How do you charge for service?
To secure your service, we require payment at the time of scheduling. For clients on a regular schedule, we charge for the full month in advance. If you prefer to pay per visit, just let us know, and we will arrange that option.
